i've cut my hair [its right below my shoulder now].. i last got a perm November 19,2007 and i want it back [where my bra line is]. If i dont perm it until June 3rd...How long do you think it might be [ ex. bra line or something like that] Help!!

well it depends how long your hair grows a month!
mine grows an inch a month
an average girls hair grows half on inch to an inch
a month just count half an inch and that's how long your
hair should at least be.
